FEST is a laboratory of ideas that experiments new forms of dialogue between science and the general public, a science communications festival which features books, journals, radio, tv, web and blog presented thematically in a vast multimedia and interactive bookstore.
The bookstore forms the hub of a rich programme of events, encounters, conferences, exhibitions, theatre and cinema on current scientific issues, to help visitors gain a better understanding of the world in which we live.
FEST is a project of the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
